Job Summary:
Be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service such as answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions, providing immediate action/solutions to customers, arranging product return and repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- To understand the issue occurrence and provide immediate advice to customers for temporary or concrete solutions, then arrange for the Service Note schedule, delivery time line and coordinate with the Operations section to get ready the goods for the replacement unit to proceed the service.
- Liaise with supplier and contractor for the replacement unit and provide necessary information to respective sections to ensure all services are carried out accordingly.
- Update daily service note, data, issue occurred detail and countermeasure CS system database.
- Oversee CS planning and liaise with individual section leaders to follow up the progressive action.
- Prepare service itinerary and follow up the progress to ensure all services are completed on time.
- Discuss and study the root cause of the product failure with the operations department and report the progress to the department manager for further action.
- Undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate/degree/diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Attitude of love to learn.
- Positive and professional manner in handling customers.
