Customer Service Officer
Job Summary:
Be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service such as answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions, providing immediate action/solutions to customers, arranging product return and repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- To understand the issue occurrence and provide immediate advice to customers for temporary or concrete solutions, then arrange for the Service Note schedule, delivery time line and coordinate with the Operations section to get ready the goods for the replacement unit to proceed the service.
- Liaise with supplier and contractor for the replacement unit and provide necessary information to respective sections to ensure all services are carried out accordingly.
- Update daily service note, data, issue occurred detail and countermeasure CS system database.
- Oversee CS planning and liaise with individual section leaders to follow up the progressive action.
- Prepare service itinerary and follow up the progress to ensure all services are completed on time.
- Discuss and study the root cause of the product failure with the operations department and report the progress to the department manager for further action.
- Undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

- Fresh graduate/degree/diploma in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Computer literate.

Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the sales team.
- Handle sales and marketing coordinating works include processing orders, delivery order follow-up, data updating, records filling, including payment collection and delivery schedule arrangement.
- Tracking sales orders and arranging logistics to ensure that goods are scheduled and delivered to customers on time.
- Keep track of payment status of all goods before delivery.
- Handling and receiving incoming calls related to customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to support smooth operations.
- Support ad-hoc sales assignments when necessary.

Sales Designer
Job Summary:
Crownlivin is looking for a Kitchen Sales Designer to help customers design the kitchen, promote products (kitchen cabinet / wardrobe / furniture) to customers, educate customers on products and services as well as creating solutions to ensure a smooth sales process. Sales Designer also works closely with a team to achieve set goals and overall company growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management.
- To serve, develop & maintain existing and new customers to increase closing deals and returned customers rate.
- Address customers’ concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Manage internal sales and work order.
- Participate in sales events such as furniture fairs.
- Reach out to the client to confirm satisfaction of all designer services.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Right attitude of “Can Do” and “Love to Learn”.
- Creative, result-oriented, highly self-motivated, independent, details-oriented and possess good presentation skill.
- At least Degree / Diploma in Interior / Industrial Design or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of working experience in related fields.
- Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max, illustrator and SketchUp.
- Possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management.
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization.
- Knowledge of furniture / fabrics / lighting elements, construction materials, details method & standards.
