Serta 10-Year Limited Warranty
Your Serta mattress is backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials (excluding fabric covers) to ensure a comfortable and healthy night's sleep.

What is Covered:
- Loose, broken, or protruding wires.
- Visible sagging measuring 1.5” or greater, provided the mattress has been continuously supported by a proper matching foundation and bed frame.

Warranty Claim Terms:
- Years 1–2: Mattress will be repaired or replaced at no charge (transportation costs are excluded).
- Years 3–10: Replacements will incur a prorated charge (1/10th of the prevailing retail price for every year owned), plus transportation costs.

Note: Claims are valid only for the original purchaser and require the original invoice and warranty card.

What is NOT Covered (Exclusions):
- Normal body impressions (sagging less than 1.5") or general comfort preferences.
- Fabric stains, burns, soiling, or odors (mattresses found in an unsanitary condition will void the warranty).
- Damage due to bending, abuse, or improper bed frame support.
- Floor models, "as is" items, or items received as gifts.
- Transportation and inspection costs.
